Atkins Diet For Vegetarians
Oatmeal Apple Pancakes
Makes: 10 pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tablespoons Bran
1/8 Cup Oats
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cup Natural Apple Juice
1 Cup Mashed Apple
Directions:
1) Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
2) Add mashed apples.
3) Add Juice to dry ingredients & stir.
4) Cook in a non-stick skillet.
5) Flip pancakes and cook until both sides are brown.
